Meet Karishma Sani

Karishma Sani joins the ATelier Team with over fifteen years of sales experience in luxury sales - starting in the diamond and fine jewelry industries, before becoming an expert in advising in Manhattan luxury real estate. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Karishma started her career at prominent global auction houses, transacting with high-net-worth clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Entrepreneurial and a real estate investor herself, Karishma launched a jewelry company in Hong Kong, which later expanded to New York.

A trusted advisor with impeccable customer service, attention to detail, and strong negotiating skills, Karishma provides her clients with unparalleled levels of personalized service and cross-border transactional experience. Karishma is able to leverage the ATelier Team’s countless years of experience and transactions to service buyers, sellers and investors across a broad range of price points and properties in the New York City market.

Karishma attended The George Washington University and later obtained a Graduate Gemologist degree from The Gemological Institute of America. A passionate traveler, she has explored much of Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, offering her clients a unique global perspective to real estate investing. She currently lives in the Upper East Side with her husband and cavapoo Truffle.
